ALL AGES - LIVE CARNAGE events at The Cavern Club are always great events with a fantastically positive energy and continue to showcase a great mix of local and interstate rock and metal bands. This next LIVE CARNAGE which is a ‘FRIDAY FEATURE’ will be no exception!

This time around we are stoked to feature our first International extra special guests Deus Ex Machina, all the way over from Singapore - as part of their whirlwind Oz Tour. They’ll only be in Australia for three days and will be playing in Sydney at the Valve Bar on 2nd August, then hitting Adelaide here at The Cavern on Friday 3rd August before finishing off in Brisbane at The Barra Bar on 4th August.

We are absolutely delighted to have Deus Ex Machina over here as part of yet another awesome LIVE CARNAGE event. We know our ALL AGES – LIVE CARNAGE events are always very well received and a stack of fun, so we once again hope you’ll join us for yet another awesome night of metal fun and frivolity and show Deus Ex Machina you’re support!

Here’s some info on Dues Ex Machina:

Hailing from Singapore, Dues Ex Machina perform an awesome mix of Modern Thrash and Melodic Death Metal. Concentrating on their evolution, the band has progressed from playing a mellow style of music to an all-out assault blending Thrash / Melodic Death Metal / Progressive elements with a sound and style not unlike a combination of Death and Iron Maiden. The band hasalready played alongside bands such as Rudra, MeltgSnow, Truth Corroded and Hydrophobia, as well as the legendary Defiled. With 2 self-released albums, the band is looking to expand its style and music with every release.

You can check out Deus Ex Machina info, along with two of their tracks ‘The Mask’ and ‘The Human Strain’ on Facebook, here:

Other bands to feature on the night are the epic melodic metallers OCTANIC who smashed it at their OCTANIC album launch on Saturday 30th June! If you didn’t catch them in action at their launch – along with their two new songs, best you get along to LIVE CARNAGE!

Also joining Octanic and Deus Ex Machina on the night are Thrash/Death/Metalcore dynamos Sever Hill, Old-Skool Thrash masters Hidden Intent (featuring former members of Desert Eagle, Abyzmal & Blood Mason), Straight-up metal maniacs Zero Hour (featuring former members of Sirius and Quaero Verum) and punk/metal crossover band Sine For Fire. Six bands for only $12 entry…  awesome night of metal!
